After working at the Institute of Psychiatry & Neuroscience, King’s College London, and then at LSE, where he obtained his PhD,
Andy spent eight years in the civil service as a government economic advisor before returning to King’s College London in 2014. His area of expertise is in health economics, including economic evaluation of health programmes and technologies.
