Sapna joined King's Improvement Science as a project officer in October 2024, where she works on mixed-methods quality improvement and implementation projects across the King's Health Partners and the South East London Integrated Care System. Alongside this, she is the project manager for the South West London Research Support Network, collaborating with the South West London Integrated Care Board to enhance diversity in research participation and involvement.

She was previously a research assistant at King's College London working on the Research Café Project, a pilot initiative aimed to investigate how research cafes can foster diversity and make research more accessible to underrepresented groups.

She has a background in physiotherapy working in both the public and private healthcare sectors in India. Sapna gained an MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in September 2022.
